Designing and developing Leah’s new portfolio site was about elegance, while simultaneously embodying soul. With the forefront of the website being her visual work, I wanted the details of the site to carry humanity— so the navigation system is glued together with her handwriting.
The various sections of the site: music, “Up All Night” (a visual diary), creative, about, and chapters (eras of her journey embodied into films) tell the story through the work.

@leahbarylsky is a Director & Cinematographer. Raised in Hawaii, residing in LA. Leah’s work over the years for RÜFÜS DU SOL, filming their live shows as a cinematographer, carries a feeling of infinite romance.
As Leah continues to create and direct, her intention is to expand her work into short films, documentary, narrative, commercials, and live music films.
